This is a great way to remind yourself to maintain all the while really thinking about what you eat. Compare your food choices to that cute little number hanging in the closet. A good meal replacement is a powerful key to keep that metabolism burning fat.
I keep a bikini hanging on a hook in my bathroom to serve as a great reminder. I have a hot tub and make a practice of putting on my bikini and setting in the hot tub once a week. This helps me to stay on task and in shape. Seeing yourself in summer clothes is one of the best motivators, and really look at yourself as if you're about to wear this out in public.
