This is interesting because i have long felt the benefits of two slices of freshly cut lemon in warm water every morning. Your comments re citrus are interesting re cholesterol and bile.

Linda, Yes I do happen to know how to make mung bean detox soup. It's a great Indian recipe I've used for years. I've been hearing a lot about how Dr. Oz highlighted it on one of his shows and advised people could eat it and only it for three days to detox, this would work great. I'll make a article with the recipe and details linking it to this article. Thanks for the request. :)K

mikescoolstuff, You're so right detoxing aids in weight loss because it cleanse your intestines removing all that built up gunk plus allows your body to properly absorb the proper nutrients in your food putting an end to cravings and over eating. Great to have you thanks for commenting.
