When the temperatures dip, it often seems so easy to get a cold. With upto nine days of aches, a blocked up nose and very possibly a non stop headache - making one feel ill and out of sorts
On average a cold will last for nine days, and we seem to get them about three times a year. But, hey there is nothing that makes getting a cold inevitable if you learn how to how to prevent a cold when you feel it coming, you can avoid getting a full blown out case of a cold.
So when you feel that scratch behind your throat or have a slightly stuffy nose, here are some helpful tips to keep it at bay.
But better still, it is possible to go through the whole year with nary even a sign of a cold coming on. If we take a few careful precautions we should be able to get through the change of seasons with none of those pesky sniffles and sneezes.
Most of these solutions are easy to follow; we just sometimes lack the knowledge and/or motivation.

Not an easy one, depending on your job or hobbies this can be one of the most difficult precautions to keep.
