Most Beautiful Endangered Species

by LindaSmith1

Creatures that are on the endangered species list because of the destruction of there natural habitat, needless killing of these beautiful creatures.

The majority of us will never see the beauty that grows and travels our land and seas, and certainly, future generations will not even have the opportunity to see the various creatures, and plants on our earth today, because eventually they will no longer exist

So what are the most beautiful plants, and creatures, large and small, on land, in the air, and those that live in the sea, the oceans that we and future generations may never see? We may have an endangered list for plants, for many creatures, land, water and air, but there is no guarantee of this list will ever disappear or continue to grow as we see our beauty on earth disappear

Beauty On Earth That May Never Be Seen Again

Panda BearsIf you would like to take the ultimate vacation, you would have to travel approximately 24, 906 miles, which is the circumference of the earth, by land and sea. However, the average family is not going to do that. We know that land development means destroying the natural habitat for wildlife, as well as marine life and plant life. It seems as though, every day we hear of an animal, mammal, bird etc that is on the verge of becoming extinct.

Human beings are destroying the land, nature, as well as our environment.

The majority of us will never see the beauty that grows and travels our land and seas, and certainly, future generations will not even have the opportunity to see the various creatures, and plants on our earth today, because eventually they will no longer exist.

So what are the most beautiful plants, and creatures, large and small, on land, in the air, and those that live in the sea, the oceans that we and future generations may never see? We may have an endangered list for plants, for many creatures, land, water and air, but there is no guarantee of this list will ever disappear or continue to grow as we see our beauty on earth disappear.

Most Beautiful Creatures

One of the favorite activities for some is to take their children to the zoo, go on a vacation safari, or to petting zoo where their children can see and touch animals and birds that they may not see in the big city, or the area in which they live. Imagine, someday that our children, their children, and future generations will not be able to see these most beautiful creatures  anywhere, not even on a vacation or week-end day trip to the zoo.

Primates

The Mandrillus Sphinxe, which is said to be the most beautiful monkey in the world, and the largest in Africa.

The Cheeky Monkey is found in tourist areas such as Indonesia, Bali, Tahiti, Africa, the UK to mention only a few.  They are notorious for stealing and being pick pockets.

Birds

Most people will agree that among the wild life, some of the most beautiful creatures on earth are birds. We may have a difference in opinion as to which one is the most beautiful. Even bird photographers may disagree as to which one is the most beautiful. However, bird photographers can capture that special beauty that many of us do not appreciate.Bird Of Paradise

One of the most beautiful birds in the world, also has the same name as a beautiful flower that is often found in flower gardens, and that is the “Bird of Paradise.”

Marine Life

Ocean Life

Insects

Although they do have their purpose in our ecosystem, more often than not, we often see insects as bothersome pests. However, the most beautful insect seems to be the butterfly. Beauty is also in the eye of the beholder.

One of the most beautiful and unique insects is the Malaysian Orchid Mantis, which changes colors in order to protect itself like the Praying Manits which is the one that most of us are familiar with.

Final Thoughts

Final Thought-Our Most Beautiful Earth

As we would travel the earth, we see new, beautifully designed buildings, even old ruins that were built by ancient civilization. We all find a plant, a scenic view, a sunset, or even a local creature that we find to be absolutely beautiful. In the name of progress, we, the human race, is destroying this most beautiful earth and all of the natural beauty that it has to offer. Many call this destruction progress, while others call it progress in the name of big corporate profit.

Coal mining brought a lot of jobs, killed a lot of men of all ages. Once the land was stripped, this is what the Big Boys left behind as a sample. There are areas that are much worse

I particularly like the Bird of Paradise.

Absolutely. It is a shame as to what poachers and industry is doing to our precious wildlife.

We don't know what we're missing until it is gone. Then we live with regrets. I'm glad there are so many people and organizations who care enough about the environment to try to save animals, birds, and plants.

This reminds me of the fact that every day the planet loses some or other species due to their loss of habitats. We are not doing much to save them from extinction. Immediate need is to stop plundering the forests, heavy punishments to poachers and awareness.
