Making a realistic looking pizza cake is actually quite simple.  All you need to do is bake a round cake using a boxed cake mix or your own favorite recipe.

Then tint vanilla frosting red by using an icing paste.  Frost your cake with "sauce".  Use white chocolate for your "mozzarella".  Grate a block of white chocolate using a cheese grater and sprinkle the "cheese" all over the pizza sauce.  

Now it's time to add your toppings.  Be creative!  For pepperoni, you can using red fruit rolls.  Make them round by using a circle cutter.   Use green Swedish fish for green peppers and Raisinets for sausages.    

Place your finished cake on a wooden board or in a pizza box for an authentic Italian pizza display!
