Raskullz T-Chopz Triceratops Helmet

Who says children's bike helmets need to be plain and utilitarian. Not any more! These cool helmets come in all sorts of designs.

One of my friends has a five your old son that is a great fan of dinosaurs so when his birthday was approaching I decided it would be a good idea to add to his collection and then I saw this helmet. He has a bicycle that he spends a lot of time on but the helmet he was using was pretty plain.

You can't imagine the excitement my friend's son had when he got to open his birthday present and saw the Raskullz T-Chopz Triceratops Helmet. I'm told by his mother that he wants to wear the helmet all the time now whether or not he is on his bicycle.

This is a big difference because previously he didn't want to wear a helmet at all. I've been elevated to his mom's cool friend and his mother can't thank me enough.

What's So Great About a Raskullz Helmet?

Firstly, they are well made and designed to fit a child's head between 19 and 21 inches and for children five years and older. As well they pass the CPSC and ASTM safety requirements. In reading about this helmet I found that there is a inner shell that has been designed to protect the head by absorbing any shock as a result of a fall.

The helmet has been designed to keep the child's head cool as there are vents on the side of the helmet and the nylon straps make it easy to adjust to fit the child's head.
