Product Description: Pancake syrup from the Log Cabin brand, used on pancakes, waffles, etc. I purchased a two-pack of this syrup about a month ago, during one of our routine shopping trips at Costco. We've been using the product on a regular basis since that purchase, normally during family pancake/waffle breakfasts at home.

Review
I came across this product about a month ago, while my wife and I were shopping at Costco. While I wasn't really sure if this would be worth our money, I decided to purchase this brand because we were running low on syrup anyway.
I, personally, don't use syrup when I have breakfast because I'm more of a grape jelly person instead. However, based on my family's reaction, especially my kids, I can honestly say I am happy with this purchase.
My first positive impression about this brand of syrup actually came from my youngest daughter. Like me, she's not normally a syrup fan and usually just wants butter on her pancakes, waffles, etc. And, when she tried this brand, she was very reluctant to do so.
However, after trying it, she seemed like she couldn't get enough of it. She was requesting frozen waffles daily and was even asking for seconds and thirds as long as she had the Log Cabin syrup on them. Considering she can be very picky (and stubborn) when it comes to food, this says a lot.
Her older sister also seems to enjoy this brand, maybe not quite at the same level but close. When she has pancakes or waffles, she'll drown them in this syrup. This, again, is not something I saw her do with other brands, strongly indicating there is something special about this one.
In fact, when I first purchased this product, I ended up giving the second jug of the syrup to my parents because I figured we wouldn't go through it quickly enough. As it turns out, my parents had to give that syrup jug back to us because they have almost completely emptied the first one. This is something, when I first purchased the product, I would never have guessed considering it can take them 3-4 months to go through a smaller bottle of another brand.

Final Opinion
I had some doubts when I first purchased this syrup. But, after seeing the almost addictive reaction my kids have had to it, it's a brand I definitely would purchase again.

Comments
StevenHelmer, Thank you for practical information, pretty pictures and product lines.
It's convenient and helpful to know about this Log Cabin syrup since I appreciate jams, jellies or syrups on pancakes and waffles. Sometimes I like syrup and toppings cool or room temperature with cool or room temperature foods.
Would this syrup taste just as delicious and nutritious if slightly heated before dispersing over fresh, hot pancakes and waffles?
