Review of Snack Factory Organic Pretzel Crisps

by StevenHelmer

I purchased this product for my daughters' school lunches. Read to find out what I thought of it.

Product Description: Pretzel-like crispy organic chips from the Snack Factory brand. My wife and I originally purchased a larger bag of these chips at Costco for $6.69 so we could use them in our daughters' school lunches. We recently purchased another bag of these chips for the same amount of money while doing some other shopping.

Review

One of the main reasons my wife and I got a Costco membership is so we were able to purchase items for our daughters' school lunches in bulk. This includes. among other things, chips.

A few weeks ago, we went to that store to stock up and came across Snack Factory Organic Pretzel Crisps. We figured these would, at minimum, offer something different for our daughters and ended up buying a bag as a result. As it turns out, they were actually a better purchase than we were expecting.

I'm actually not that big of a pretzel fan. I'll eat them if I'm hungry and there isn't a better option. But, I'm not crazy about them. As a result, when I tried these chips, I wasn't expecting to like them all that much. However, they turned out to be much better than I thought they would.

One of the things I like about these chips is the pretzel crisps are crispy (as the bag advertises) but not hard to the point they hurt my teeth when I eat them. Since this is one of the complaints I normally have about most brands of pre-packaged pretzels, it was a pleasant surprise for me.

I also found I like the taste of these chips. When we purchased them, I was concerned they would be too salty. However, while they do have salt on them, it isn't an extraordinary amount. It's enough to give them flavor without being too much.

As for my daughters, they love these chips. In fact, when we were at the store last week, my youngest daughter wanted us to put another bag in our cart. That, alone, makes the product worth the price.

Final Opinion

This is a good product that we were fortunate enough to find at a reasonable price. I would recommend picking up a bag if you get a chance.

StevenHelmer, Thank you for product lines, pretty pictures and practical information.
In particular, I appreciate this version of pretzel snacks. Pretzels as they traditionally are do not appeal to me. But this looks interesting, as a stiffer, thinner snack.

Would you all happen to have tried bagel crisps?
