It's surprisingly powerful, don't let it's size make you think otherwise - and it's more than capable of grinding and cutting just about anything you point it at. It's powered by a 10 amp motor, that puts out 11,000 rpm, which makes it an all-round super effective grinder. It comes with a sturdy case and a wrench and for less than 80 bucks - you can't buy better than the Dewalt.

It's a bare tool model so you'll need the batteries and charger and in comparison to the Dewalt, it's similar in size at 4 1/2" but it lacks the power output - 10,000 RPM. Still, it remains a powerful tool and gets the job done, plus it features a few added extras that make it attractive to those that prefer cordless power tools.

There's an LED warning light that's designed to protect the motor when excessive torque comes into play, and a current limiter that shuts it down automatically if the grinder reaches its overload point. It did a great job on finishing off some piping and took the heads off plenty of bolts without issue. Good quality, does everything you need it to do and for a little over 80 dollars it's worth the price for its superior quality and the attention to detail.

Heavier, mightier and more powerful than the previous two models, this one is powered by 15 amps, which in turn drives a throaty 4.2 motor. It's best suited to heavy duty grinding, shaping and cutting, plus it will comfortably fit a 9" disk.

If you're looking for a feature packed angle grinder - this one is not for you. It's only function is power - and that's exactly what you get. Despite the size and weight, it's comfortable to use, easy to operate and does deliver awesome results. Best in class for it's size.

This is a Bosch angle grinder, another best seller and it weighs in at the mid-range in terms of size and power at 5 inches. This is the 9 amp version, there's also an 8.5 amp model, though the difference in price and features makes this one the better choice. The variable speed is a nice touch - it starts more evenly, you can increase the speed and you will appreciate the gradual increase.

It's balanced enough, though once you're working you're more likely to be concentrating on what you're doing than how it feels. Disk changes are a breeze, it seems to be happy with whatever you point it at and price wise it's right on the money. Superior quality, great price tag and it's a righ angle grinder - if you already love Bosch tools, you're not going to be disappointed with this one.

Quality, power and well designed for less than 50 bucks.
