Best Demolition Hammer

by Tested_to_Destruction

A demolition hammer is an awesome power tool, used for home improvements and construction purposes. The five dest demolition hammers - reviewed and compared.

When it comes to destruction in the construction industry nothing gets the job done quite as easily as a good quality demolition hammer. They're an awesome power tool, used for ripping though concrete, brick, walls and a myriad of other materials and obstacles.

Unlike they're little brothers - such as a claw or ball peen hammer - they take the labor out of labor intensive work and can prove to be extremely versatile and user friendly. Big favorites are manufactured by the likes of Makita, Bosch and Hitachi and the type you purchase is the one that best suits your needs.

The five best are featured below. They cover a range of price tags, though all are by far the most popular and best selling power tools - as well as the most highly rated by those that already own them.

Neiko Industrial-Grade Electric Demolition Jack Hammer, with 2 Bits Point and Flat & Metal Case

This is the best selling demolition hammer - and it's currently on offer at an awesome discount. It's powered by a 1240 watt motor, that throws out an impressive 1400 rpms - plenty of thrust to rip through walls. It comes with a pair of reinforced steel jack chisel heads - chrome vanadium which is tough enough to tackle just about anything.

House in a practical sturdy case, it's definitely an industry standard power tool - it dug through a meter or two of concrete happily enough and I've no doubts as to it's ability against a solid brick wall or similar. Is it good value for money? Yes - perhaps not the toughest of jack hammers overall but certainly up to standard and will rip through concrete without question. Great price, good quality.
