Product Description: Frozen pizza from the Brew Pub brand with mozzarella cheese and four meats (sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon and pepperoni). I purchased this pizza this past weekend at one of our local grocery stores when it was on sale for a little over $7.00 this past weekend. I ended up cooking the pizza this last Sunday as part of a pizza dinner for my family.
Brew Pub Lotzza Motzza 4-Meat Pizza Review

A review of the frozen mozzarella and 4-meat pizza I purchased this past weekend at one of our local grocery stores.
It Reminded Me of County Fair Pizza (and Not in a Good Way)
My wife and I took our youngest daughter to our local county fair this past August and, because it was her choice, we ended up getting some pizza from one of the vendor stands.
The pizza was $3 per slice and, to put it quite bluntly, was not worth the money. None of us enjoyed it at all. And, unfortunately, in a way, this frozen pizza brand reminded me a lot of that particular pizza because, while it wasn't the worst pizza we have ever eaten, it wasn't worth our money.
Pizza, in my opinion at least, starts and ends with the crust. If a pizza does not have a good crust, no amount of sauce or toppings will save it. And, this is a category that this particular pizza brand fails in. The crust is on the thinner side and, while I’m not a big fan of thin crust, wouldn’t normally rule this pizza out. However, it had a bit of a cardboard texture and taste to it that left a bad aftertaste in our mouths and did not work at all.
Also, despite the claim, I really don’t think there was any more cheese on this pizza than I would expect to get with most frozen brands. It looks like more before it is baked, in part because the cheese shreds are larger
I was also somewhat disappointed by the lack of toppings. Again, the sausage was larger and, at first glance, that does make it look like the pizza is loaded. However, once it was baked and we were eating it, I was definitely left unimpressed by the quantity.in size than normal. However, once it is baked, there isn’t any noticeable difference.
One thing I did find I liked about this pizza was the sauce, something that, quite honestly, surprised me a bit. The sauce had a bold flavor to it but wasn’t overly spicy and, unlike many other frozen brands, there wasn’t an attempt to go overboard with the sauce quantity. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t enough to change my overall opinion of this pizza.

Final Opinion
This is a pizza variety that actually doesn’t look too bad when you first see it in the freezer. And, perhaps if it were considerably less expensive, I might have been a little more lenient on it. However, considering it is comparable in price to many other, better brands of frozen pizza, I really can’t see myself buying this brand again and do not recommend purchasing it unless you find a really good deal.

Comments
StevenHelmer, Thank you for product lines, pretty pictures and practical information.
Sometimes frozen pizzas attempt to make up for thinner crusts with more, greater ingredients. That can't be the case here.
How did the other meat -- bacon, Canadian bacon, pepperoni -- fare? Did they fare as disappointingly as the sausage?
What does it mean that there's a final opinion, but no grade with your review?
