Caribe Cove Resort

There hasn’t been so much in the way of development in Florida since the sub-prime crisis but one of the resorts completed just before the market went pear-shaped was the Caribe Cove Resort in Kissimmee. It has been very much growing in popularity over the last couple of years and has a good percentage of repeat guests who rave about the place. Caribe Cove is situated in a lush and tranquil location but it remains within easy reach of the hustle and excitement of the Disney parks. It is surrounded by lakes and wetlands and offeres a peaceful retreat after a long busy day of fun.

But there are facilities such as a beautiful heated infinity pool, 24 hour fitness center, sauna, steam room, and a large decked area with hot tub. There is also a deli and gift shop on site. You can also get in-room massages and beauty treatments and baby-sitting services can also be arranged. Disney tickets can be booked at the guest services desk as can discounted golf.

 Although they don’t have a restaurant on the resort you’ll find plenty of good eating places just a couple of minutes away. If you don’t want to go out you can always send for a take-out – there’s plenty to choose from!

They are all identically furnished and feature a fully equipped kitchen plus separate laundry room, two huge bathrooms with full baths, separate showers and double sinks. The master bedroom suites fantastic – you seriously won’t want to leave – and  consist of  bedroom with King-sized bed and sitting area, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have  a queen-sized bed and twin beds. These bedrooms are both ensuite to the second bathroom. With three flat screen televisions with cable and satellite viewing and a dvd player and internet access you won’t be short of in-room entertainment to keep the kids, or indeed yourself, amused.
