While we all understand the intense need for waking up and maintaining energy there is a much better way of doing this. A great way to reduce your coffee intake is to try decaf.
If you just can't stick to decaf make a very simple addition that will change your life. I've spent years working on a diet plan that includes just a few simple changes and yet it will give you energy. Find it at the link below this paragraph to enjoy the simple changes as you energize your life, take off unwanted weight and conquer your pain.
To reduce your need and cravings for caffeine try decaf and if not have your regular coffee adding 1/2 teaspoon of coco nut oil to it.
This taste amazing and gives you a long lasting energy burst coffee cannot. Meeting you physical need to wake up, get going and keep at it has been met like never before so you won't be running back to the coffee pot.
Once you enjoy the continued change from this one simple move you will gladly press on to reduce your intake more and more. Caffeine is like any addiction it too can be broken. Women dealing with this pain try many different pain medications only rarely to find long-term comfort like this method provides.
Discussion about how ovarian cyst effect you and how you deal with it.
Pam, You make a very interesting relation between birth control as in the newest methods and how they may be one culprit of cyst. Good point.
My friend began using birth control that is implanted in her arm, since then she's been having terrible pain and now has ovarian cyst.
LadyGuinevere, I'll imagine the most positive of long term thoughts in your continued freedom from the pain and existence of cyst in your body. Thanks for stopping by.
I had one of these. Yes only one and that was enough. Very painful to say the very least. Felt like I was being stabbed and the knife twisting in my front right side of my abdomen. It came each month after my period. I don't remember my diet being anything like this but who knows it was years ago. I wasn't given pain killers and the pain went on for 3 months before the Gynecologist had to do exploratory surgery to find the cyst. It kept moving off screen when they did the Ultrasound and when she examined me it also moved and hid. When she finally found it she was astonished as to why she could not find it before. She drain 30 cc's of fluid from it. She told me that it might come back again, but I hope not.
Miaden, I failed to mention, while I had the three surgeries, they were not to remove cyst, my doctor believes patients should make life style changes to address the issue first. It worked for me and surgery was not needed. BUT I have had three surgeries, I believe in the power of surgery and would say to anyone afraid of surgery to rest assured, doctors, nurses and surgeons are amazing people who are amazing in the operating room. There is no reason to resist surgery if it is suggested to a patient. This is such an interesting point you bring up. Thanks for bringing it to light!
Brenda it is a common health issue many women suffer and doctors do often expect you to make lifestyle changes that will relieve and correct the problem. These steps are vital for these women as they are more sensitive to reoccurring symptoms.
I don't have cysts, and I usually drink only one or two cups of coffee a day, but I'm addicted to diet coke. I'm going to get some coconut oil. I've known so many women with this problem.
Miaden, I visit my doctors, regularly and have had three surgeries, yes I agree and am always pro-surgery but sometimes it's not the end all. I also agree coffee has healthful properties, some of us are very sensitive to the caffeine. Also there are two kinds of patience according to my doctor, those who are all for surgery and those who are completely against it. I'm not afraid of it in the least. Good food for thought thanks for bringing it up.
Lissie, yes absolutely, this is assuming they have been to their doctor about the concern and did not self diagnose!
I don't drink coffee at all. Shame it doesn't have this effect on men. :)
Now seriously.
Some studies (serious studies) were made about consuming coffee. They said coffee is really good thing. We all would want to drink it, according to those studies. I am not going to agree or disagree with them, I just found some good medical elaboration in these researches. So, maybe it has some bad side effects, but it probably is good for your body.
When talking about ovarian cysts, I will agree with Lissie. These cysts can turn into cancer if not treated. Some of them are proven to be ones during surgery. It is never good to play with life. The best way to cure something is to cut it off.
I understand patients are afraid of operations; I am too. But after few operations I had, I always realized it was far less painful than needed.
I am glad you put your health problem under control. But you should visit your doctor about it from time to time. It is really not big deal, and it won't hurt you. :)
Love reading your articles!
Cheers!
I would say that anyone who suspects she has cysts should seek medical advice - just to make sure that they are not cancerous
