How to Keep Soft, Glowing Skin all Year Round

As the weather turns colder our skin begins to get dry, flaky and looks really bad. There is a way to keep that warm weather glow all year round, find out how to keep that glow.

Our skin is more supple, soft and glowing in the spring and summer months. This is due to the humidity in the air. There is more humidity, or moisture, in the air during the spring and summer which helps to maintain our skins moisture. We also have higher body temperatures during these months which causes our bodies to produce more sweat therefore more oil is delivered to the skins surface. We also tend to drink more water in the warmer months. All of these things add up to supple, soft and glowing skin. Let's review what we must do to have beautiful supple skin all year round.


Moisturize After Shower

Moisturizing just after you shower is a great way to maintain your natural summer time glow.

VictoriaLynn, Good the need for ample water becomes less obvious as the temperatures cool down, we just don't get as thirsty and yet we still need the same healthy amount of water. For different reasons, but still the need for water is vital.
