With so much stress and other factors that tighten up the muscles in the body, it's no wonder there are so many people finding it hard to relax and release tension from the back and neck muscles. Sleeping is next to impossible if you can't relieve the tension from your neck, head, and spine. You don't have to have a stressful job to have this problem.
Many who have found working at home/online a more liberating way to work are also finding out that there are some things that can cause problems from carpel tunnel to stressed and tightened/tense neck and shoulder muscles. The key to sleeping well is to both have a good well supportive mattress but also a pillow that will support your neck and head so you can relax and sleep. In this article we'll cover the cervical neck pillows that do just that.

I did Katie, I had you in mind actually :) I had to rewrite this whole thing, my first copy was informative but written like a third grader with a head injury jotted it down haha, glad you liked it. I have severe insomnia myself, I keep trying to steal Michelle's pillow because it's the perfect firmness and softness (mine is beat to hell and flat) and I pass right out seconds after my head hits that pillow (I've since gotten a bunch of new pillows hehe). The memory foam pillows are incredible for neck support while sleeping.
WOW 'm gonna think you wrote this just for me. Since my injuries due to a car collision I've had cervical surgery adding a few titanium nuts and bolts to my back, upper and neck. You have no idea how much money I've spent since then buying every pillow known to man trying to prevent neck discomfort as I (TRY) sleep. This is exciting to find as I've got a ray of new hope for a good nights sleep void of neck pain. Thanks J :)K
