Remote Viewing, A Form Of Psychic Ability
by marciag
Remote viewing is a form of psychic ability that anyone can learn with practice, even if you've never had any psychic skills before. It can be developed by following a few steps.
What Is Remote Viewing?
Remote viewing is the ability to see something through your mind's eyes that is not visible to the naked eye. For example it could be something far away (in another location, another country even) or in a different time. You can easily remote view things from the past or the future.
Remote viewing is the only psychic ability that has been officially acknowledged by the government. We do know how everyone considers and labels psychic abilities quackery and scams. Not so with RV. It has been scientifically proven to work. In fact CIA and other goverment agencies have been using remote viewers during the Cold War to gain access to military information from other countries (those did it too).
There are several official declassified documentations released by the goverment that prove that remote viewing in fact is real, and even more so, that practically everyone can learn this particular psychic skill.

Have you ever heard of remote viewing?
How Does Remote Viewing Work
If you never had any inclination at psychic abilities whatsoever, remote viewing might just work for you, and this is why.
To enhance other psychic abilities, you meditate, visualize and do all sorts of energy work (opening the third eye chakra for example) that will help with these new skills.
However with remote viewing things are different. Being creative, letting your mind form pictures, images and ideas of what you might be looking at is, in fact, discouraged.
Remote viewing is very mechanical, and if you have this romanticized view of gaining psychic abilities, this might slightly put you off.
There are certain steps that you learn (can be easily learned) and then you simply apply it without any thinking at all. You just do it.
And the results are in most cases awesome.
And maybe this is exactly why remote viewing works for so many people because very few of us are psychicly inclined. I've been learning all sorts of things to enhance my psychic abilities for years, and nothing really worked for me.
So imagine my big surprises when I started to describe a particular scene using remote viewing without actually knowing what it was. And that from my very first few tries. And the more you practice, the better you get at it.
As for the question how does remote viewing work - honestly, I think nobody really knows. There is so much that we don't know yet, neither the psychics nor the scientists when trying to figure out remote viewing. Yet it works, beyond the shadow of a doubt.

One Of My Earliest Remote Viewing Practices
What you see above is one of my very first remote viewing practices from 2007. This screenshot has been taken from TKR remote viewing practice site. This is probably the biggest ever remote viewing places where you can practice for free as much as you want, to really learn RV.
The way it works is that you first create a new free account. Then you Go View to go to the RV galleries. You are given coordinate numbers (random numbers, have no bearing on what you will see at all) and then you simply start your session.
You are then given a random image (which is not visible to you until AFTER you jot down your findings in the box below). Then the image appears and you compare what you wrote with the actual picture.
For me it was one of my earliest attempts so I didn't write much. But check out what I wrote, it's awfully close. I saw dark, liights, round light, city in the dark and I even had an auditory imipression of hearing cheerings from the public.
The image is about a Russian circus artist during a night play (dark, night). She is surrounded by circles of fire (round light). It is indeed a city in the dark and since she was a performer, it is very probably that indeed there was cheering for her performance.
Pretty close, isn't it? And this was at a time when I didn't really know what I was doing. I haven't yet taken a course or even read the ofiffical (free) remote viewing manual.

Can Anyone Learn Remote Viewing?
Yes, practically anyone can learn remote viewing. Maybe it has to do with the fact that indeed you don't even need to engage your creative mind when you remote view. Also like every other skill in life, like playing guitar or making beaded jewelry, you get better at it the more you practice.
It is interesting to note that even the government during the Cold War preferred to work with regular people who learned RV instead of using naturals psychics. The reason was that with natural ingrained abilities you never knew when you could see something. You never had to actually learn something. And we know how it works with real psychics - sometimes the gift is there, other times you don't feel or see anything, yet other times you see things that is not what anyone expected. It's a hit and miss.
However average people, who had no psychic abilities could learn this because it is a skill, and as we all know, it's easier to learn a skill than trying to become natural at something that we simply have no inclination for.
Finally here was something that could be learned simply by following a set of steps.
That was easy. And it is still easy.
There are several courses (online and in person) that are given by the original remote viewers such as major Ed Dames, Joseph McMoneagle, David Morehouse, Russel Targ and several others from the initial Stargate project for the CIA. These guys are now retired and many are devoting their time to teach other people remote viewing.
Learning it personally from one of the remote viewing founding fathers can be quite expensive (usually a few thousand dollars per course). However learning it via videos, audio courses and books is much cheaper, and with lots of additional practice at places like the TKR RV I mentioned above, these means can be just as effective (but much cheaper) as a one on one session.

What Is Your Experience With Remote Viewing?
Oh that's an awesome experience Jean, thanks for sharing. I only had a few such experiences myself, but they definitely made a believer out of me!
Isn't it interesting? My husband and I take Metaphysics courses, and did a weekly experiment. Each week one classmate would put several items on a tray. The rest of the class had to try to meditate and use remote viewing to tell what was on the tray the following week. It was amazing how accurate we were at times! I "saw" wooden blocks with ABC's on them. The teacher admitted that when she got home and went into her home office, her grandchildren were just cleaning up wooden blocks like that. I didn't know the teacher, didn't know she had grandchildren and never saw her house!
I had never heard of this. It does sound like an exciting thing to learn!
