Product Description: Net-like light bulb display designed for Christmas trees. The product is slid over a tree and the bulbs offer a variety of colors and display options. I purchased this product a few weeks ago for about $35 so we could use it on our Christmas tree. We have been using it since the early part of December.
Review of the Tree Dazzler

I purchased this product a few weeks ago for our Christmas tree. Read to find out what I thought of it.
Review
Up until last year, my family had a pre-lit Christmas tree every year. However, the tree we were using was starting to fall apart so my wife and I decided to get rid of it and replace it this year (we originally were going to get a live tree but, after getting a kitten, decided to get another artificial one instead).
Since our new tree wasn't pre-lit, I had to buy some lights to go on it. After some consideration, I ended up purchasing the Tree Dazzler.
My decision to purchase this product didn't come without some hesitation. At about $35, the Tree Dazzler lights were more expensive than it would have been to buy traditional lights. However, I liked the convenience this product offered and ultimately decided to make the purchase. So far, I do not regret that choice.
As promised, the lights were very easy to put on the tree. This, alone, was a nice plus for us. We were purchasing pre-lit trees before because we hated messing with light strands. This product gave us that same convenience and it didn't take long to get the tree lit as a result of that.
I also like the various options the lights give us. We can have the bulbs all the same color. We can have different colors. Or, we can have an actual flashing light show. It depends on our mood for the day and, throughout the season, we've used every combination.
One thing that really surprised us about this product is the way people have actually noticed our tree as a result of them. Since we do have our new kitten, we don't have much in terms of decorations on the tree (we avoided using any of our breakable heirloom ornaments this year). Yet, we've had a number of people, including our mail person (who saw it through the window) comment about the lights and inquire about where we got them. It, admittedly, makes us feel special when that happens.
Probably the only negative thing we've noticed about this product is the strange decision not to include an off switch on the Tree Dazzler remote. This isn't too big of a deal for us since we have it plugged into a surge protector and can just use that switch. But, it just seemed a little odd a product like this wouldn't give you an easy way to turn it off without unplugging it and it is something to keep in mind depending on where you have your tree.

Final Opinion
I was a little concerned about the price when I first purchased this product. However, the convenience and the various light options do make it worth the money. I'm glad I decided to get this product as a result.

All we had to do to remove the lights is slide them off the tree. It took us a few seconds.
I would ask if taking it off will also be easy. Or, will it remain year round on the tree while in storage? A a review you are reaching those with real trees, so the removal question i important. And, is it for indoor use only?
