The design is well thought out for a precision set, as the screwdriver handles are long enough and comfortable enough to allow for a comfortable grip.

The driver heads are long enough to allow enough clearance - you need to see what you're doing, without being so long that strength is compromised. Great for small electronics, anything that requires a little focus, the set is affordable, good quality and less then five bucks - a little keeper.

The range includes needle nose, diagonal and slip joint pliers and each is manufactured to a high standard.

The tools all meet current ANSI standards and the overall manufacture is top stuff - forged heavy duty steel, and each on has been treated with a rust preventative to promote longevity. The blades are all sharp enough to perform well - chrome nickel plating and hardened blade edges. Comfortable rubber handles make for a nice solid grip and each one feels nicely balance in-hand. A well put together set, durable, full of quality and all for under 15 bucks, so more than your usual bargain.

This is a nail set - nothing special there. What's special about this one isn't the fact that it's a Stanley hand tool so much as it's more user friendly than similar ones. It's color coded, the grip makes a difference and you don't waste time hunting them out - they jump out at you. The heads are great, do exactly what a nail set should - produce a great finish.

They're long enough to make short working of setting nails in flush, yet not so long they feel out of balance or send too much vibration up the shaft and into your hand/wrist. A good quality tool, precision milled steel heads, bevelled edge on the tip, all round a great little set and the price? - they're almost being given away.
