Very true, Mira. Poor sleep habits is one of the major reasons why people find it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. Besides the caffeine, a heavy dinner taken just before going to bed is another major mistake that most people make here.

I came back to your article. These are all great plants to help you unwind and fall asleep, but, as you say, not overdoing it on caffeine is also something people can try. We can't expect the body to be pumped up one minute and fully relaxed the next. But that's what we do: we feel we need our caffeine, so we overdo it, and then we can't fall asleep :)
