Review of Grandma Utz’s Handcooked Potato Chips
I am familiar with the company name, since they make excellent pretzel mix. I have not tried their potato chips, but the pretzel mix is at both Sams and Costco. I would think they might have the chips as well.

I agree. I have tried to eat tripe and failed. But I love haggis , which is traditionally a stuffed sheep's stomach. My wife sometimes buys me haggis as a present.

This is a great recipe. My grandson who is a problem eater would definitely at this with all the beans and minced ( ground ) beef in it.
Ty for posting. I like that idea for removing the fat. I have tended to use a spoon to spoon it off.
