Thank you very much. :) As for why they do it, I think at a deep psychological level it's either to feel important, belong, or the need to feel superior to someone, even if they have to invent the reasons to be so.

I do still use it and it works pretty good. It does have a medium hold. I use whole flaxseeds, but I have friends who use the meal. I'm not sure how it works, but I think it would be messier.
