Elevated Garden Beds - Raise Vegetables the Easy Way
These sure look like a great gardening alternative to me! As I've gotten older, my knees just don't want to work as well as they did in years past. One of these raised garden beds would be just the ticket.

True, unfortunately. I can't afford organic as a regular fare either. Sometimes, though, is better than never and if the food is really wholesome and ethically satisfying, then it's worth it.

I am more worried by artificial additives - but salt is a menace too, when added in commercial qualities.
My partner is not that keen on cooking, but he's great on appreciating homemade food so I enjoy similar benefits :)
