Johnny Depp Posters, Pictures, Art and Facts

Johnny Depp is really one of a kind, an actor and author who sets his own standards. I hope your wish comes true and you get a chance to meet him with a nice glass of red wine... Hey, make it a bottle. It IS Johnny Depp, after all:)

Google PageRank: what do you need to know about it

I hope it helps, but as we all know: PR is only one of many factors and complete understanding of its algorithm probably involves black magic;)

Movie Review of Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman (2007)

Merci beaucoup for the recommendation! You were right. I did enjoy it. (If 'enjoy' is the right word here.)

I'm ashamed on so many different levels to have got Nuremberg and Belsen mixed up. I knew it was the latter! I must have have a brain failure as I typed it. I've corrected it now. Thanks!

The film has made me want to check out the book; and I agree on the Oscar.

Movie Review of Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman (2007)

Hi, just one thing: I haven't seen the movie in some time, but "was during the section of the movie when Pierrepoint executes those found guilty in the Nuremberg Trials. " I'm pretty sure in the movie, those were the Belsen Trail (Dr Kramer, etc...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belsen_Trial).

Glad you enjoy the movie, the book is still better imo.
btw, he does deserve an oscar

The Ghosts of Sudbury Hall

Someday, my friend :) You'd be well impressed with her. She's decided she's a roller derby goth into Daft Punk and vampires. Cool chick for sure. I know without a doubt she'd be over the moon to talk with you more about all of this! As for the still 4...she's still secretly 4 in my mind, too - it's just not possible that she's now 12!

Movie Review of Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman (2007)

It was; surprisingly so, if I'm honest. My friend had read my article on hanging, so that prompted him to recommend this. I thought it might be worth checking out, but it's really stayed in my mind ever since.

I'm amazed that it didn't get more publicity at the time.

Dying and life regrets

Every day we think we have another one coming, and one day we won't. These points are good ones that we should strive to do!

The Ghosts of Sudbury Hall

I'd be thrilled to take you! Well, mostly I'd be thrilled to have you here, but a trip out to a pretty Restoration house is a nice bonus too. :D

I shall have to write loads more true ghost story articles just for Elen then. Leave it with me! (And she's still 4 in my head. Don't tell her that bit...)

The Ghosts of Sudbury Hall

Yet another place I'd love to visit should I cross the pond. I'll have to show this to Elen, who loves ghosts, ghost stories and all things dark and mysterious or so she tells me. She'll LOVE this!

The Mississippi River - Facts, Stories and History

@Jimmie that is really interesting information. Thanks for adding it to this article.
@Tolovaj The Mississippi River has had a very big influence on American literature and culture.
@Jo It is interesting that you would recite a rhyme about an American river, however, the spelling makes it fun to recite. We always remember the spelling by saying, "MIss Iss IppI" with the emphasis on the capital I's.

Bigfoot Sightings - Do You Believe in Bigfoot?

Yes, the question still remains...is there or isn't there :-) I'm hoping there is, but as I've mentioned, I'm a skeptic. I want to be proven wrong though! Thanks for your comment, katie!

Applications of the Death Penalty: Hanging

It's part of a whole series of them. So far I've written about 4 of the 8 execution methods currently used in the world.

The Ghosts of Sudbury Hall

I thought it was stunning! I really liked the Museum of Childhood next door too.
