The Classic Collection - Chocolate Tasting Club

When you choose which of these you would like to receive, you are sent an introductory selection of approximately 28 chocolates.

Let me take you through the classic collection which is a mixed box of chocolates.  If you are not too particular about alcohol-laden, dark or milk chocolate, then you might suit the classic selection.  Have a look at the various chocolates provided in this Classic Chocolate Selection.

   White Chocolate, creamy white chocolate is the case.  Inside, sticky toffee pudding with a dab of orange liqueur.
2. Billionaire Shortbread
   Shortbread coated in milk chocolate
3. Florentine Dream
   Florentine Biscuit on top with caramel praline all around it.
4. Drunken Mandarin
   Mandarin Juice and a dash of mandarin liquer in a ganache covered in milk chocolate
5. Witch’s Brew
   Fruity Sloe vodka in a milk chocolate cup

7. Whisky Macchiato
   A milk chocolate cup filled with a coffee and whisky ganache below a white chocolate top.
8. Poire Belle William
   Wine extracted and distilled from pears is put in a soft, creamy, milk chocolate ganache and a white swirl on top.
9. Griotte Deluxe
   An alcohol drenched cherry surrounded by amaretto cream – all covered by a double chocolate shell.
10. Rhubarb Truffle
    Rhubarb juice in a creamy white chocolate shell
11. Irish Coffee
    Chocolate, coffee and a whisky liqueur all covered in creamy delicious chocolate.
12. Caramel Cheesecake
    A layer of cheesecake and a layer of caramel in a milk chocolate shell.
13. Single Malt Smoothie
    Single malt whiskey mixed with caramel in a milk chocolate shell.
14. Minty Irish Cream
    Mint Irish Cream liqueur in a ganache – all in a milk chocolate covering
