Thanks for your feedback. Meditation is very effective in relieving stress. Many people think it is hard to do, but, as you know, it is not. People just need to be educated about simple ways to relieve stress so that it never builds to an extreme level where their health and functioning in life become affected.

Oh yes stress, I can see it on the facial expressions of so many people everyday all day long. Its sad the amount of stress people hang on to. I meditate, it releases the pressure of the day not allowing it to build to the dangerous stress. Great tips and facts on stress.
