You may wonder when exactly menopause can hit. The onset of pre-menopause closely mimics PMS and other standard issues we women face regularly and yet it seems a bit more bothersome, irritating, life altering. The facts on menopause are simple and yet it is often something we would sooner shrug off as no, not me, not yet. The numbers are roughly this; 70% of all women between the ages of 35 and 65 experience menopause symptoms. These are some wide ranging numbers right? I know! But it is that broad a range and yet the symptoms compared to your otherwise normal easily indicate the signs you are entering or maybe experiencing menopause. While this once unwelcomed or private topic has adopted many names or terms such as; middle age, the change of life, a new season, new chapter, past child bearing age and so on, it is a now commonly discussed topic with many solutions. The new research findings bring with it much needed support and physical aid to the forefront of premenopausal and menopausal needs. This is something good to talk about.

Hi Katiem2 my question is not related to menopause but I happened onto this article. I have severly depleted adrenal gland and thyroid and I have for years. I don't want to take prescription meds bc of the side effects. Do you have any suggestions on supplements?
Veronica, It takes a village, not to simply raise kids but get through day to day occurrences... Thanks
TY for your help . What a very supportive and thoughtful lady you are.
Veronica, here is the link to the Maca article https://wizzley.com/how-to-make-maca-...
Veronica,
Sure I have also read Maca is beneficial to balancing hormones and or supplementing the lack there of. I wrote an article about Maca.... let me find it
Vitamin E. That's a good idea. I don't have a high intake of it.
TY for the support.
Veronica, I appreciate your frustration and suffering it is obvious when doctors are talking hype because they are very busy, tired or flat out do not want to admit they do NOT know. I just heard on NPR today that the number 3 cause of death is medical mistakes.... This is not listed on the leading cause of deaths but records prove it to be the third leading cause of death when compared to all other reasons, disease, non medical accidents and illness.
Sobering thought isn't it. We should all be very careful not to put to much trust into our doctors. Bottom line is our instincts are the most powerful truth.
Take care and try vitamin E, it is great for all the above and is natures relaxation cure.
My most positive thoughts are with you. Katie
Yes . TY for understanding ; that means so much to me just for someone to say that to me. People think it's funny. Doctors aren't interested ; I ask every time I go in for something. My doctor just says that I am older than the norm but I am healthy.
I find it so demoralising.
Veronica, I so understand. Have you talked to your doctor about it?
