Product Description: Boxed meal kit that offers everything (except water) needed to make a sausage gravy & biscuit breakfast (roughly 4 servings). My wife picked this up while shopping at one of our local grocery stores and ended up preparing it in oven this morning to go with the eggs we had for breakfast.

Review
My wife ended up going shopping with my youngest daughter yesterday afternoon while I was home mowing the lawn. Originally, she only stopped by the store to pick up a watermelon while they were on sale. However, while she was there, she ended up looking for something to make for breakfast this morning and, at my daughter's suggestion, picked up this product.
At first, I wasn't really sure what to think of it because I did, admittedly, have some doubts caused by the fact it came out of a box. However, as it turns out, this was a good purchase.
The sausage gravy and biscuits do need to be baked in the oven, a process that takes about 30 minutes. And, as a result of that, it isn't something I would recommend for hectic mornings. But, if you have time to make it, it is well worth the effort.
One thing that really surprised me about this product when I first tried it was the fact it wasn't overly salty. Mostly because it did come out of a box (and part of it was in a can), I thought this would end up being a problem. However, the food, while flavorful, didn't fall into that salty category. In fact, as my wife pointed out, we've had restaurant-made sausage gravy that was considerably saltier than this.
Another thing that I liked about this product was the thickness of the gravy. Again, I had my doubts about this and fully expected the gravy to be very watery. That wasn't the case, however, and the gravy was actually pretty thick. In fact, overall, I think it was good as any homemade gravy I have ever eaten.
The breakfast kit was also very filling. I figured we would be able to eat this in one sitting but we ended up having leftovers. The fact we were able to essentially get two meals for the price of one made this much more of a bargain.
