Product Description: Frozen mini pancakes from the Eggo brand. These are available at most of our local grocery stores for around $3 per box and I purchase a box of them about once every couple of weeks to serve to my youngest daughter almost every school morning. Each box contains approximately 40 pancakes and they are heated for about 30 or 40 seconds in the microwave.

I always keep a box of these in my freezer. Read to find out why that is.
A School Morning Necessity
My daughters can be a bit picky when it comes to eating and this is especially true in the morning, when they aren’t fully awake and are always a little rushed because they have to get ready for school.
My youngest daughter is the guiltiest of this because, even though she is normally a morning person, she has been less and less enthused as the school year has progressed (probably because she’s in kindergarten and this is the first year she has had to spend all day at school). She can be somewhat difficult in the morning when it comes to picking out a breakfast item. This is why I try to keep a box of Eggo Mini Pancakes in my freezer at all times.
There are a couple things I like about this product. The first is the fact it is very easy to make. I’m in a bit of a rush on school mornings too because I have to get out the door for work. So, when my daughter can’t make up her mind, it’s nice to have this product as a fallback option because I know it will take me less than a minute to heat the pancakes up for her.
Of course, the biggest reason I like this product is the fact she loves the pancakes. In fact, most of the time, she’ll simply request these for breakfast anyway. She also has asked for them at lunch and dinner too, though I typically won’t let her eat them for all three meals.
As an added bonus, it’s easy to measure out exactly how much she’ll eat. I don’t like to waste food but want to make sure she has enough to keep her from getting hungry before lunch. I’m able to count out 6 or 7 of these on the plate and know she won’t have any leftover and will be satisfied until they get to eat at school.

Final Opinion
This is a relatively affordable product that is a must-have in my freezer for school mornings. I do recommend trying these with your kids if you haven’t purchased a box before.

StevenHelmer, Thank you for product lines, pretty pictures and practical information.
There's a markdown on the Eggo mini-pancakes at the grocery store where I shop. So I know what you all mean by their appeal. I tend to take them without anything on them, and last Thursday was so busy and such a long day that I can attest to the appeal of having them three times, breakfast and dinner hot and lunch cold.
What would you all do in regard to toppings?
