Hawaiian Overnight French Toast Casserole

This recipe takes French toast casserole to the next level. It makes a wonderful weekend breakfast and a delicious meal for overnight guests.

Hawaiian French Toast Casserole

  • 1 12-pk of King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 Eggs
  • 3 cups of Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • Confectioner's Sugar

Thoroughly butter a 9x13 baking dish. Cut your rolls into small chunks, and spread evenly in the dish.

In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar. Whisk until everything is well blended. Pour your mixture over the rolls in the baking dish. Use a large spatula or spoon to press your bread down into the liquid mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.

Bake your casserole covered (with the foil) in a 350 degrees oven for 40-50 minutes. Once done, let the casserole cool, then garnish with confectioner's sugar.

Ham & Swiss Sliders

Ham & swiss sliders, are a delicious sandwich for lunch or dinner. They're quick and easy, and only use five ingredients.

Ham & Swiss Sliders

  • 1 12-pk of King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 pound Deli Ham (shaved or thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 pound Deli Swiss Cheese (thinly sliced)
  •  1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives (minced)

Open your pack of rolls and split, or cut, each roll in half. Mix your mayo and chives together in a small bowl. Top the bottom half of each roll with mayo, ham, and swiss cheese.  Serve as is, or heat in the oven or microwave.

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

  • 1 (12) pack of King's Hawaiian Rolls (cubed)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut
  •  1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and add the cubed rolls. Pour the melted butter over the cubed rolls, then set aside.

In a large bowl mix the milk, butter, eggs, salt, cinnamon. Once well blended, stir in the golden raisins. Pour your mixture over the cubed bread, then top with your coconut and chocolate chips. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
