15. Take Care Of Yourself

Women with families, busy lives, and schedules, have a lot on their plate. They are often putting others first and themselves last, leaving them little time or energy, to take care of themselves.

If women aren't getting the proper nutrients, rest, physical activity and care that they need, it will effect them greatly. They can feel fine for the moment, but sooner or later, it will catch up to them.

Here are some easy ways for a woman to take care of herself:

Drink more water- Try to take water with you wherever you go. Hydration will help you feel and look good, it is also vital for our bodies and good health. Dehydration or heat stroke can be very serious.

* Get help- Don't think you have to do everything on your own. If it's too much, make it known. Get the help you need or let things go that are too much for you to handle.

* Be positive- Stress and negative thoughts can cause havoc to our minds and bodies. It will rob us of our joy, peace, and health if we don't learn to combat it. Try to think two positive thoughts for every negative thought, keep doing this until you're feeding your mind with more positive than negative thoughts. You will feel so much better!

* Eat to live- Try to eat foods that will help you live better. A brownie or piece of cake tastes good in the moment, but can later have you feeling sick, bloated, and uncomfortable. Save treats for rare occasions and find healthy foods that you love and enjoy. Don't let food be your source of comfort, let it nourish you.

*Be active- Find ways to be active that you enjoy. You don't have to slave away at a gym or on a treadmill to be healthy. Treat yourself to a new pair of walking shoes and walk around the most beautiful place you can find. You can also go running, hiking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, fishing, and more. Keep it fun and keep it simple.
