Environmental Chefs Will Love This Compost Stew ABC Recipe Book
It's a cookbook for Mother Nature, not for meals for humans. I think of it as Mankind being the chefs of the earth... we need to feed her a healthy diet! Thanks for sharing an interesting tip on 'hurrying up' the decomposition of fabrics!

Environmental Chefs Will Love This Compost Stew ABC Recipe Book

Plastic Free Glass Drinking Straws
How much I want to do without the plastic but it finds it way everywhere. I see them thrown everywhere - plastic bottles, bags etc. The idea of drinking straws made of glass it great, it looks classy and robust.

The Rise and Fall of Squidoo
Having introduced myself in the forum here as a "Squidoo Escapee" pretty much says it all for me. I did NOT push that green button. I immediately set to the task of saving my 178 articles, then clicked the opt-out link and deleted my account. I ...

30th Anniversary of The Waterboys: This is the Sea
I haven't seen this album yet but the extensive reviews compels me to listen to them. In India these albums might not be so easily available but I think I can try listening to the tracks on YouTube.

Gary Galka: From Electrical Engineer to Ghost-Hunter
Your comment on Christian ghosts is spot on, as there are cases when someone good returns. My father, whose father died during the war, was awakened after the war by his father's spirit to say goodbye as he was going on a long journey. I ...

Connie Willis's Time Travel Series - History Degrees Just Got Real
I'll have to read it. :D
My mom has countered with a recommendation of the Room by Emma Donahue. (Though to me or to you it wasn't clear. She did let me know it's nothing like this book though).
