My Life So Far
I don't have any functions to play at and no way to get there. It does take the fun out of practicing if you don't have someone to play for or with. I do miss that. I did post a link to a clip on my dulcimer wizz.

Achieving Weight Loss Goals
There are actually ways to work out and see effects in different parts of the body but I do agree that it's best anyway to work the whole body -- that way we get even more benefits overall.
