Dustytoes, This is true those with wide feet, both men and women, tend to wear them anyway as they do stretch to fit the width of the foot. The do that is if made of quality and natural materials. Good point! :)K

Mira, I don't know either, but my neighbor and I have both been eating them and we're still kicking. I used to boil them and pour off the water to get rid of the gas effect, but that hasn't been a problem cooking them like this.

Presumably kidney beans at least contain a toxin and that's why they need to be boiled. But I'm reading soaking them gets rid of this toxin too. I imagine cooking them for that long is like soaking? Don't really know how that toxin is ...
