Animal Upon Animal

This is a much-loved game for ages 4 years and up, therefore it's popular with adults as well as with kids. Players can follow the rules, make up their own games, or simply enjoy stacking the beautiful little animal shapes.

The set is composed of seven wooden animal types with 4 pieces each. Played by the rules, the game allows for 2 to 4 players, with each player receiving one of each animal. According to the roll of the die, the player either stacks an animal or lets someone else do so. Whoever knocks the tiles off is the loser and whoever has stacked all his animal pieces is the winner.

The varied animal shapes and colors make stacking much more fun than a regular set of blocks. It helps with fine motor development and animal identification too. With this set of fantasy blocks, babies can utilize their developing fine motor skills and imagination while stacking the pretty shapes. The set is composed of 26 wooden blocks with unique shapes and colorful designs. Compared to other blocks, the shapes in this set are much more interesting and fun to play with.

The beech wood and non-toxic food dye used in making Haba toys make them safe for babies to chew on. Even though the set is rated for children ages 1-4, it would be a good idea to set aside some of the smaller pieces for use when baby is closer to 3.
