Are Writedge and Daily Two Cents Scams?
I'm thinking of signing up for one or both, just have to see how things go. Affiliate links sound good, as I have a few of those in my back pocket, although I don't really understand why I signed up...*ahem*. I'm waiting on my next Bubblews ...

Palm Leaf Manuscripts: Ramayana, Mahabharata And Buddhist Documents From Ancient Times
I had no idea that palm leaves were used for manuscript writing, thanks for my 'learned something new' today. I used a palm tree as my holiday tree for this past Christmas since I moved to a tropical location this past year.

Are Writedge and Daily Two Cents Scams?
Thanks for the information. I'm an ex-Squidoo writer with 80 lenses. I didn't want to automatically go to HubPages (for no particular reason), but wanted to place my lenses somewhere myself. I'll bring many here to Wizzley (I only had 14 ...

Are Writedge and Daily Two Cents Scams?
I have a few concerns about both websites. I don't really like the look and theme of the sites and the dashboard in which we do all the writing and editing stuff is just too much messy. It will be hard to manage a long list of articles once a ...

Thank you Alexandra. I'm enjoying being here. To get to 150 is still a lot of work though, I can see you and I won't be getting into any mischief for a while!

Jersey Devil: Duck, Dragon, Demon, Religious Politics, Unknown Beast, Bat or Owl?

Curious Cymru: The Death Omens of Wales
Frank - Indeed. But the bloke up the road didn't. Today I'm off up Ceredigion to look into something just like this. Remember all that about St Tydecho? I'm going there. :) Thanks for the clarification re. Christianity. I did strongly suspect ...

Jersey Devil: Duck, Dragon, Demon, Religious Politics, Unknown Beast, Bat or Owl?
What interests me is that the fox seems to like the comfort of the raised beds, where the soil is quite soft because it has not been compacted, and it prefers raised beds that have been emptied of plants. Comfort! I have known it to kill on the ...
