Rough Sea Justice Book Review

Thanks for the comments. It does help that I had access to the book and read the whole thing. James Cassaday is a good storyteller.

Building A Personal Brand

I seem to be going around at the moment getting everybody's backs up. You see I'm not a marketer, I'm a story teller who tries to market things in a more subtle way. Yet I keep on being told there is no place for story tellers as no one is interested. Do you really think that after three years of trying I don't know this myself? So why should I listen to any body else and try to be something I'm not? Your tips here are great as usual and I wish you all the best of luck.

Amen, Magali! And the older I get, the more I realize just how true that is!

Alex, The Cat Without A Tail

Cats are so adaptable--I adopted a kitten with a badly broken leg once, and was told he'd never be able to jump or even walk without a limp. But he did both as well as any other cat. Out Alex is sweet too, and puts up with a lot from kids!

Alex, The Cat Without A Tail

Great cat. We had one missing a front leg and she got around just fine. She had the sweetest nature

Google Social Networking

I see the shot... so I'll choose a different name and go with it, actually is not so bad to have a separate email for Google+... mine is swamp now with msg from G+. If you have it send me the new email and I send an invitation for this new one.

Aging Gracefully

My mother, now 81, is becoming very frail and still wants to live alone in the family home. I know that is quickly drawing to an end. I, too, am seeing signs of my own aging and, in that, we must make our own peace. Thank you Barb and Terri for sharing with me your stories.

The Best Outdoor Toys

Wading pools for the little ones and the newest sprinkler toys are the best for little tots. Oh how I would have enjoyed those sprinkler toys.

Common Pregnancy Myths and Misconceptions

Good information. My daughter-in-law is pregnant with her first child (our first grandchild!), and luckily is finally feeling better after her first trimester. I'll forward this on to her.

How To Host A Local Tweetup

I've been to a tweetup which was quite a distance from my home: this was in the early days of twitter so it was a national tweetup, any twitterer from The Netherlands was welcome. It was fun :) I would not mind having a more local tweetup, for people in my town, but I don't think I follow anybody who's from my town, so it would be hard to organize.
