Calming Children to Sleep Beneath a Twilight Ladybug Starry Sky

Everyone dreams of sleeping beneath the stars, until you actually try it.  Then you discover that things crawl over you and there's dew on your face by morning.

Not so for your little one.  Children get to experience the best of times, with a Twilight Ladybug by Cloud b.  While they lie snug and warm in their beds, the night-time sky is projected in lights upon their ceiling.

They might be Sapphire Blue, Emerald Green or Ruby Red, but those constellations will be clear upon the paintwork.  In addition, the cuddly ladybug's shell glows with a soft purple and pink. That in itself is a comfort at night.  It keeps the darkness away.

In addition to the pretty lights, there are two more items, which arrive with your Cloud b ladybug.  They are the constellation guide book and storybook!

We're not exactly talking about Orion and Cassiopeia here, but easily identifiable shapes like lions and fish, which match those on your toddler's ceiling.  Filled with gorgeous illustrations with tales, it can be a night-time routine for you and your child to learn about one of them; then to pick it out in the lights above.

In addition to the stars, there's a lone crescent moon up there. It can become a game for your child to find it amongst all of the rest.

Long after you've kissed your baby night-night, he or she can be gazing up and thinking of the tale.  It will keep them occupied until they slip into a peaceful slumber.

I've reached the point where, every Christmas, I buy a couple of packets of batteries as a matter of course.  You can guarantee that there will be a pile of toys which need them; if not that day, then in those which follow.

They don't, nothing ever does, but it can seem that way.  There's an auto-timer on the lights, which make them switch off after a determined time.  In this way, the ladybug does its job without draining energy all night long.

On this occasion, you will probably find that you don't need the foresight to stock up on batteries, because those in here will last until your child has long since grown out of the toy!
