Halloween Skeleton Costumes for Babies and Toddlers

by JoHarrington

Clitter, clatter, scary bones. The skeletons are out dancing tonight! And that little one at the end is the sweetest in all the neighborhood.

It's Halloween and the skeletons are rising from the ground. Hear the crack of their clashing bones; fear their grinning skulls.

Wily men and women, boys and girls, are hiding behind the sofa; trembling on this night of monsters, ghosts and ghouls.

But who can hide from this little one? The gasps of, "Awww! Look! How cute!" are going to give your hidey-hole away!

This babe is in a skeleton costume for infants; and rattle-bones never looked this adorable before!

Glow in the Dark Skeleton Onesie

Skeleton Glow in the Dark Onesie for Newborn - 12 Months

The glow in the dark bone print will withstand many washes, so this isn't only a purchase for the festive night.

The illumination is so much fun that you will probably have trouble parting your little one from them anyway!

The two piece set is available in three sizes:  Newborn, 0-6 months and 6-12 months.

However, they do run a little big.  That might work in your favor, as you can pad them out with more warm clothes underneath, during those trick and treating runs.

And you've got to love that little pumpkin print over baby's heart. Bless!

There are some spooky treats out there for your infant this Halloween - from horrifically cute clothing to fun, festive toys. Check this lot out for your little one.
Clickity-clack, what's that? Something skeletal this way comes! Looking for something bone-shakingly spooky for Halloween? Check out the rattle-bones outfits here.

Skeleton Glow in the Dark Bodysuit for Babies

Skeleton Bodysuit for Babies aged 3 - 24 Months

Choose this one for a baby with attitude!  The glow in the dark ink print will have your infant looming out of the night, as your family goes trick or treating.

The black skeleton bodysuit is 100% cotton, with a 1x1 ribbing.  It includes press studs (snap buttons) under the crotch, for easy diaper changing access.

This Halloween bodysuit comes in four sizes: 3 - 6 months; 6 - 12 months; 12 - 18 months; and finally 18 - 24 months. Baby will make spookiness look ridiculously cute (and hard core) in it!

Onesie Skeleton Costume

Skeleton Costume for Babies Aged 6 - 12 Months

Rubie's Costume Company have created this cute skeleton romper suit.

The shoe covers are attached, so it is an all-in-one suit for baby's first Halloween.  The hood is separate, though it arrives with the outfit.

It is made from fleecy polyester, the material is fairly thin.  You will have to layer some warmer clothes underneath, if your Halloween night is chill.

That said, it is very comfortable to wear and feels soft to the touch. Your little one will have no trouble dropping off to sleep in it, when all of the excitement is over.

Though I've billed this as 6 - 12 months, there is a larger size too.  That fits infants aged 12-24 months.  This costume does run small, so if your baby is closer to one year, go for the bigger size.

Infant Baby Skeleton Halloween Costume

Skeleton Outfit for Infants Aged 12 - 24 Months

This scary skeleton costume is an all-in-one jumpsuit, though the skull hat is separate.

The bony print is on the arms, as well as the front of the costume.

It's a very light-weight ensemble, so be prepared to add some warm clothing underneath.

The Baby Skeleton Halloween Costume fastens at the back with velcro.  However, unlike the romper suit above, there are no openings for changing a diaper. You will have to remove the whole jumpsuit to do so.

Despite all of that, the outfit does look amazingly cute for your little one.  It's the perfect addition to your family's trick and treat attire - especially if you are all going as rattle-bones!

I particularly like the fact that the print is all over, not merely a suggestion, as in some of the other offerings.

Accessorize with Skull Pacifiers!
