After 30 Years, I'm Sketching Again!
Thank you so much, Ladies! I'm not the greatest artist in the world, but I so enjoy creating something that means a lot to me. I'm so glad you started drawing again, bizilady. I can only imagine how excited you were when you finished your first piece! Thank you, mivvy! My bunny, Atira, was a difficult one for me because I really wanted to show the differences in light and shadow on her coat to accurately reflect her markings. She's such a big diva, too! My sketch of Bailey, my beagle, was especially hard, but I was thrilled to capture the different nuances in her coat. She was a loss I feel today, and I wanted her picture to be as accurate as possible. And barbarab, LOL! There's nothing wrong with copying for certain purposes, so copy away!
