I used to make this often. I sliced off the tops, drizzled with olive oil, wrapped in foil and baked until soft. The roasted garlic is, as you say, very mild. It makes a great sandwich spread.

I am loving the "circles" concept. I can easily look at what the people in each circle have posted without having to sift through a bunch of stuff I don't care about. I can also send things to specific people in a "niche" and I love that. I am really starting to like the Sparks feature too. I can find articles that I have a specific interest in, again, without having to look through a bunch of garbage. I love Google +!

I agree with you, the power of circles is great, I am in affiliate marketing for a while, I probably know 200 people, but a trust a hand of them, so instant to read everybody hype, I put in my circle the one I trust and respect, and I read now only value-posts... it is a huge advantage, in addition the Google+ site doesn't contain distractions, I am sick and tired of them, as I am getting older, I value more my time left... so I am happy so far.

I am enjoying Google+ and I do really like having the circles. And some friends are in multiple circles and that is good too! I think there is a very bright future ahead for Google+.
