I actually found this to be fascinating. I am fearful it would be a time eater. But still interesting. I went over to the site and tried to find you so I could see what its all about. But couldn't navigate it very well. What is your "name" over there. Can I not look around unless I join? anyway, a few backlinks and traffic sounds good, and if we are sensible we won't have any problems I'm sure.

Quality is important too though. I get a lot of guestpost submissions. Most are not worth publishing, unfortunately. When writing a guest post, do take the audience of that blog into account.

I am a great fan of Thich Nhat Hanh. I didn't start out to learn about Buddhism or mindfulness. When I hurt my back my doctor recommended yoga. Gradually over the course of a year. Yoga led me to mindfulness and awareness and that brought me to reading Thich Nhat Hanh. It's been a wonderful experience.

I love apple pie, but I must admit an apple crumble is even better imo.

Thank you for this solid article on guest posting, Simey. I'm currently considering a submission to Problogger and their guidelines for guest posting are quite long. It's a great challenge, though.

I think I use both long and short.I been studying the wonder wheel the past few days to improve traffic.
