Oh how beautiful. Such majesty. Really beautiful place.

Yesss...I'm great with spatulas! Consider yourself challenged!

Achim - I can't help you there, but I think the same principles apply. I learned very early that table ping-pong is "not about the bat". I started playing a game against my brother-in-law and he insisted I play left handed (I'm right-handed). When I won, he gave me a spatula (flexible blade used to spread plaster) to play with instead of a bat. I still beat him - so it's all in the head (and hand) not the bat!

Can you make a page about the inner game of ping-pong? The online version, I mean.

Great article!! I'm new to homeschooling and LOVE it. Haven't yet started notebooking but will definitely look into it! Thank you. Great links too! Thank you!!

Achim - never too old to start. I still play tennis with my friends, some of whom have recovered from heart attacks and are back playing tennis. You can't keep a good tennis player down!

Katherine, it makes me want to take off now from Downunder - the images are great and I share Anne's appreciation of the cobbled stone streets. I have longed to make the trip to Paris and I will one day soon. The Château of Azay-le-Rideau looks truly mystical.

Great story to share. Thanks

Very useful article for people applying for jobs in nonprofit organizations. This is the first time I have seen resume advice directed to nonprofit applicants - it's advice well worth heeding. Some nonprofit organizations are quite large nowadays and they are becoming more sophisticated in their selection practices so, as an applicant, you have to respect the differences in this job niche. Great niche article!

Thanks, Ron. Now I know what to choose for my new athletic activity: The inner game of tennis. I'm way too much out-of-shape for the outer version.

My wife and I run a recruitment and selection business and we find that two of the major reasons people don't win interviews are (1) failing to research the target company and (2) using non-targeted resumes. Our Merit Solutions consultants have worked with over 5,000 selection committees and they consistently report that these two aspects are the major failings of job applicants. Your article on how to to get an interview provides very sound advice.

What a great way to get organized for homeschooling - I can imagine that this would be a real challenge. Maybe I need notebooking for my disorganized office and all my resource material (including webinar notes).

Oh my word, they're HUGE! You're using an ice cream scoop? That is my kinda macaroon! Bring it on!

I have to confess I've never heard of this one. I wonderful if it stayed your side of the pond and never came visiting?

Yes - Château de Chenonceau. We also visited that one - it's very impressive and I'll be creating a page on that one as well. There's a few others too! :)
